What Eight Weeks Includes A week-by-week look at what actually happens when your client acquisition system gets built.

What actually happens in eight weeks is the most common question on a discovery call, and the fairest one. You are handing over the part of your business that decides whether interest turns into clients. You should know exactly what happens to it, and in what order.

A look inside. One page per week, four parts on every page.

Every week gets the same treatment: the question coaches ask going in, what actually happens that week, what I need from you, and why it happens in that order.

01
The question

The one coaches actually ask about this stage of the build.

02
What actually happens

The work itself, named plainly rather than in packages.

03
What I need from you

Your time in hours, so you can add up the real cost of the build.

04
Why this order

What breaks if the week is skipped or moved.

How to use it.
Four steps and one rule.

01Read the what happens lines first.

If you only have two minutes, that is the walkthrough.

02Add up your own hours.

The what I need from you lines total about seven hours across the build.

03Look for your nine stages.

Weeks three to six give every stage of the client journey a home.

04Note the week that worries you.

That is the one to ask about on the call. Nothing here is a surprise later.

The one rule worth remembering

Nothing gets built in week one. First we find out where it is actually leaking.

This is
for you if

  • You are considering a build and want to know what you would be buying.
  • You have been burned by vague deliverables and want the work named week by week.
  • You want to know how much of your own time this takes before you commit.
  • You would rather read the whole plan than be sold a package.

Probably not
for you if

  • You want a price list. This is what happens and when, not what it costs.
  • You want a course. This is a build that happens to your business, not lessons.
  • You have no leads at all yet. This fixes what happens to leads, not where they come from.
  • You want it done without you. Two weeks of it need your answers, and that is on purpose.

What is What Eight Weeks Includes?
What Eight Weeks Includes is a free 12-page PDF that walks through a client acquisition system build for health and wellness coaches one week at a time. It covers what gets mapped, what gets built, what is needed from you and why each week happens in that order, from finding the leak in week one to going live in one switch in week eight. It is written so you know exactly what happens to your business before you ever book a call.
What is a client acquisition system for coaches?
A client acquisition system is the connected set of pages, automations and messages that moves a lead from first interest to a booked call and a paying client, without you holding every step together by hand. It covers the whole client journey, from capturing the lead and replying instantly to follow-up, booking, reminders, onboarding and reactivation. In this build it lives inside HighLevel, and weeks three to six give every one of the nine client journey stages a home.
How long does it take to build a client acquisition system?
About eight weeks from the first look at your business to going live. Weeks one and two find the leak and sign off the plan, weeks three to six build the nine stages of the client journey, week seven tests everything end to end and week eight switches it on. The order matters, because building before the leak is found is how eight weeks gets wasted.
How much of my own time does the build take?
Roughly seven hours across the eight weeks, and most of it falls in weeks one and two, where the leak is found and the plan is approved. Each week's page states its own time so you can add it up yourself. After that, most weeks need only a quick answer or approval from you.
Why does nothing get built in week one?
Because the leak is rarely where it feels like it is. A coach who asks for a nurture sequence often turns out to have a response-time problem, and building the wrong thing first is how eight weeks gets wasted. Week one is an honest look at where people are actually falling out, so everything built afterwards fixes the real problem.
What happens to my current process during the build?
It keeps running. The new system is built alongside it and replaces it in week eight in a single coordinated switch, rather than in pieces. That means there is never a week where leads fall between two processes.
Do I have to know anything technical?
No. The parts that need you are decisions and answers about your own business, not configuration. Week two is specifically about reading and approving the plan in plain language before anything is built, so you understand the system you end up owning.
What happens after the system goes live?
You get a handover that walks you through how the system works, followed by a 30-day support window after launch. A system you understand is one you will keep using, which is why both are part of the build rather than extras. By then every path has already been tested end to end in week seven, before a real lead ever touched it.
Is this a sales page for the build?
No. It is the walkthrough, including the weeks that need your time and the week where everything is deliberately broken to see what fails. If it makes the build look like more work than you want, that is useful to know before a call.
Is What Eight Weeks Includes free, and what happens after I download it?
Yes, What Eight Weeks Includes is free. The PDF arrives in your inbox in under a minute, followed by a few short emails on the same problem of leads falling out between interest and a booked call. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time with one click.
Who wrote What Eight Weeks Includes?
What Eight Weeks Includes was written by Shapei Tragico, a client acquisition systems specialist for health and wellness coaches. The eight weeks describe builds she has actually run, which is why week seven is about breaking the system on purpose. If you want to talk through the week that worries you most, the free 30-minute discovery call is the place to ask.

Who wrote this

I build the follow-up, booking and reactivation systems that turn the leads you already have into booked, paying clients. Not theory, not another course. The actual infrastructure behind health and wellness coaches who stopped losing people between "interested" and "paid."

Before this, I spent years as a social media manager and strategist, watching good coaches post consistently and still struggle to fill their calendars. The content was working. It just had nowhere to go once it arrived. Every resource I put out, including this one, comes from actually building this for coaches.
